We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a solid understanding of marketing strategies to support growth initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2+ years experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategies
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop proposals and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development with campaigns
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients
Track, report, and optimize sales performance metrics
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry functions
